Braga v City live

Good evening pop pickers
And welcome to another European night,

Braga tonight I think will be a harder fixture than the
First game,
They will be at home, putting out a stronger team
And looked dangerous on the counter,,

Be interesting to see how we approach this one
Think a few players will be rested to start
But wonder if brendan ,,, do we go for the win
Or play for the draw,
Of to find team news and links

Deserved based on that second half. Through with games to spare.

Really good second half of quick pressing and high intensity passing.

2nd half worth the performance and point
But don't want to many nights like that in the knockouts

Fofana starting to look very raw. Got caught under the ball twice on crosses and done twice.

Needs to change his hair back!

He is Class, I truly believe he'll be World Class but he is still young and wouldn't probably even be in the side had we not had so many injuries, the odd mistake is going to happen.

Doesn't he just so good though going forward with the ball, bit like Harry Maguire but with Class.

First half they could have scored a few but thought we were great second half and their third was totally against run of play. Great goal at the end, hopefully we get a good draw next round!

No criticism True, just saying that he is mortal and has things to learn. Utter quality player though.

My word, we sold Maguire for £80m and got Fofana for £36m 😂😂😂

Fofana showed tonight - and against Liverpool - that he has great ability but also that he has a lot to learn. As much as it can be fun watching him stepping forward as a one-man attack, it's not really doing the team any favours. Not that I'd want to take away his flair, but he does have to learn more discipline and take greater pride in his defensive performance than his attacking one. That third goal was preventable, and ultimately he was very lucky that it didn't cost the team control of the group.

Of course he's 19 and learning his own limits, playing for a Premier League first team by merit while players older than him make a squad for our U21s, so it's not like he's doing badly. Hopefully the likes of Rodgers and Toure - not to mention Morgan, Evans and Fuchs - will be able to guide him to become the top centre back he shows potential to be without completely nullifying his flair.
