So on to Chelsea now on Sunday

Not one of Spurs favourite grounds, Stamford Bridge, but I am pretty confident that Spurs can go there and do the buiness. No crowds are really helping the away teams this season in my opinion. Spurs are in great form, and have won every Prem away game this season, so I daresay the players are as confident as they will ever be in a match like this.

Jose seems to have every player in every position playing well, no real passengers now, and not only the team he puts out on Sunday, but the bench will also be pretty strong. 10 changes last night, and the performance levels never dipped.

I was particularly impressed with Vincinius last night, finally looks like Kane and Son will be getting rest time this season. Dele and Bale were both good last night as well. I know Sanchez and Tanganga didn`t have much to do, but both had a decent run out and looked very comfortable on the ball. Even Harry Winks did a forward pass, which resulted in a goal.

Testament to the team really, that since the late drama of the West Ham game, Spurs have won all four Prem games. Shows the resilience that Jose has now installed in the squad. Get a setback, just dust yourself down, and move on. No time for feeling sorry for yourself.

You have to say, but for the late drama in the Newcastle and West Ham games, games Spurs really should have won, plus the game in Antwerp, which I am sure with a stronger starting XI Spurs would have won, they would now be sitting on a near perfect record this season, Everton defeat aside. It is still a fantastic record, when you consider how many games Spurs have already played 17/18 in a little over two and a half months of the season. The squad really is looking brilliant right now. Even last night players like Lamela and Berwijn were missing, and great to see a few youngsters get game time.

All looking good fellas.

Chilwell isnt the best LB in the league on form or in general. Top 5 for sure

What wod Chilwell stats look like if AC and Kepa were still playing in a 4 2 3 1?

Thst why stats are so limited
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Stats are inclusive of all previous performances, how would Robbies stats look in the same position? Doesn’t make much sense
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are talking about how many goals Liverpool concede as a measure of Robertson form then other factors come into play. Like how good are your colleagues how good is the system eyc

Exactly and Liverpool are a better team than us, when I mention stats I’m also including individual.

Because from watching him play he’s amazing.

I don't get your point. Are you saying it's only possibke to judge a ayer accurately with stats?

No I’m saying it’s better to have both when judging a player, anyways, have a good weekend mate I’m not that fussed

I don't reLky understand what you are saying, so best leave each to their own dubjective view. Robertson for me and Chilwell for you.

If does s come down to stats fir you, what are the relevant ones for aLB?

Got to admit, this is the most confident I have ever been playing Chelsea at the bridge. I’m never confident against these guys, due to our horrendous record there, but no fans 100% helps, plus our confidence is incredibly high and we are really s** hot at the moment. Kane and Sonny full weeks rest to. I think Chelsea’s defence can definitely be got at
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you really get at our defence I’ll eat my hat don! I reckon your gonna counter and park the bus. Could be wrong though
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Spurs have scored just about the most amoubt of goals in all competitions of any sides. You don't score that many goals by just having a couple of counter attacks every game.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No but against the top teams you will. Like city last week you didn’t create much bar the goals
----------------------------------------------------------------------

What about the six Spurs put past United? Or the five past Southampton? Or the seven in a Europa match?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bit of a gulf in class between Maguire, Vestergard and whoever you play in Europa compared to Thiago Silva though in fairness.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Well the same could be said for Chelsea then having to face Kane and Son. Not often you meet two world class forwards every week.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Dont care about Kane as hes only effective diving for penalties, but Son is a sneaky sob and scores for fun i think Thiago will stop him along with Chilly, the most interesting match up will be Timo vs Aurier as i think Aurier will be redcarded before half time out of frustration.
