It was a quarter final soon after half time at 0-0 only becuse England players were continually scything Maradona down n even elbowing him.

Just listening to the Guardian podcast about him now and they're saying that he was getting kicked and elbowed all over the place all match so why not score against those people with your hand?

Just different kinds of cheating.

Just watched extended hiliites of game n Argentina shuddahadda pk after approx 10 mins and the fouling was somethng else, especially number 14 of England. How ref didnt him is amazing. Maradona elbowed twice also.

And Argemtna hit inside of post at 2-1.

OP. Shilton was a World class goal keeper.

Steve Hodge will be laughing
other England players gave him dogs abuse for swapping shirts with Diego after the game.

the value of that shirt has rocketed this week

I've never understood why Steve Hodge looped the ball back towards his own goal. I know keepers could handle backpasses then, but still.
