Jordan Henderson has been nominated for the shortlist of six contenders for the 2020 BBC Sports Personality of the Year award.
Pure comedy gold this from the Pool loving BBC.
This has to be the most undeserving nomination ever, and is nothing but a desperate ploy by the beeb to ensure they get decent viewing figures for a show that has seen a year with a lack of outstanding candidates. You can be sure all the Bin Dippers will tune in if Horrendo is a nominee.
I think Ronnie O`Sullivan deserves to win it, he is a true sporting genius and has had terrific longevity. He is one of Sports true greats, and makes a difficult sport look ridiculously easy, he should be put alongside the likes of Federer and Woods etc.
You just know that Horrendo will win it though, when all those sad Mousers start voting, the same thing happened when Ryan Giggs won it.

Now onto Tyson fury. Great achievement. But we are talking about celebrating the sportsman and the personality. Awarding it to him is like awarding it to your local hard man who happens to work at the waste recycling center. Great brawler, but after its all ended theirs white goods where ever he’s been....

I like Test cricket, not so much one day 50 over stuff But I loathe 20 over knockabout stuff. That should be left in the school playground. I just don't see any point in it, it's like playing a game of football 10 minutes each way.

Tbf it’s a game I have enjoyed playing in the past, just not a spectators sport (atleast test cricket) unless as you say it serves a good purpose to get smashed all day watching it!
