The main problem is with the owner . He has no interest in our club. He let Wenger go on for too long and has made two big mistakes in appointing his successors. Sanllehi has totally screwed us with his "dodgy" deals for Pepe, Willian and Cedric. No wonder he wanted Mislintat out of the way .A proper owner wouldn't have allowed this.
For Arteta the job has come too soon. Clubs have worked out his naive negative tactics and now we are easy to beat and don't pose any threat going forward. Arteta has man-managed our players badly and has obviously now lost the dressing room. Half of those players are decent players but ALL are playing way below their capabilities. This is the manager's fault .
Keeping Leno instead of Martinez was a big mistake which is costing us in most games.
Players also need to look at themselves and take responsibility, even if this means defying Arteta's orders/ poor tactics. They all know how to play good attacking football. No one grows up playing boring defensive football. Players' natural instincts are to attack and score goals. Auba has not become a bad player overnight. There is still a top striker in there.
I think that the rot really set in with the Kroenkes and the move to the Emirates . The club lost it's identity and purpose. Nothing will change until they get bored and sell up. We need a new owner who is rich and who takes a day to day interest in the club.

We really, really needed Mislintat to stay and be good.
Truth is that we get less than what we pay for in the market. Even Partey is spending too long out injured. You don't win things by signing Thomas Parteys, you win things by signing Gabriel Martinellis who, if you sell them, can be then used to build a training ground and sign Thierry Henry.
We've lost in the market, and we always do. Only Iwobi is good business, who we sold for the same amount as Cesc.
Buy low, sell high and keep doing it until you're in a comparable position to the money clubs.

Wenger signed off on getting Xhaka, Mustafi. I'm sure he would have been involved at some point for Ozil's contract. You can't blame him for errors being made today but under his watch the rot set in and its contributed to where we are now. Irrespective of if you don't totally blame Arteta for the current set of results or one thing is for sure no manager can survive long term with these results. We've made some good signings recently in Partey, Gabriel, Martinelli, Tierney etc. The problem that is plaguing the manager at the moment much being his own fault is that he is still playing the real rubbish blighting the club the likes of Bellerin, Xhaka, even offering Mustafi a new contract its actually quite scary how supposedly experienced professionals at the club are getting things wrong. I think Arteta has to go but to be fair to him if you compare him to say Frank Lampard who I don't think from what I have seen is a particularly good manager the difference is what he can call upon in his squad. Never the less if he keeps picking the likes of Xhaka and Bellerin he's going to get the sack.
