Doesn't say how long he's expected to be out for. But it's a loss.
Over to you Diego .....
Oh Koch .......

agree I thought coops was decent vs Chelsea, Faith, I just worry sometimes about him to be honest, more than I do with other lads on the team..
brilliant captain, and fella though - not saying otherwise
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He doesn't have much pace, an will make some mistakes, but thought he has been getting better defensively and looking more up to the pace, personally.

One thing I noticed on MOTD was when they scored their third, Llorente was Limping slightly and holding his hamstring. That would be just our luck!
Whatever we will cope.

We have a few highly rated CBs who may get some benchtime now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So we have Cooper and Llorente, Struijk is clearly now back up centre back having either made the bench or started every game this season, I have not been convinced so far, beyond that Cresswell, Casey and Kennah all look promising but it's a huge step up. I am not sure who you mean Lubo as we have very little beyond the first team squad. I think it would be poor if Bielsa promotes one of the kids.
I would be looking at whether Gelhardt is ready for the bench as there are options to cover the back line if required, with Ayling, Phillips and Struijk all having played CB in the past and Dallas, Davis, and Alioski give us options in defence should a swap around be needed.
Tell us who you are thinking about.

By highly rated I mean players in the youth system. Both Kenneh (actually a DM that can play CB) and Cresswell seem very highly rated. Davis clearly made a massive impression in the senior areas of the club. Wouldn't be surprised to see some of these (or Casey) getting match day experience.
I've been impressed with Struijk almost everytime I have seen him play

Llorente had a better first game then koch did to be honest, so based on that alone I'm not too worried

Lubo my thoughts are Kenneh has played mostly at CB this season, my thoughts are is that that will be his position, he is built like a tank, big and strong and has performed well but he is very young and I think some way off the first team. Dremah has been tried in centre back but is better at LB.
Thought Struijk was very poor against Villa.
The other guy I am keeping an eye on is Huggins, he can play left and right back, looks to have a good future.

My understanding is that Kenneh has recently been training with the senior players, but wouldn't necessarily quote me on that one.

People saying Cooper had a good game v Chelsea?? Really? Thought he was average at best and got absolutely done for the Zouma goal. Early days yet, but do think this leagues too fast paced for him
Llorente looked ok in patches, can only really judge him
After a few games

That's strange he is only 17, has recently been injured.

Seems he’s out 2-3 weeks with a muscle strain.
Team for Friday:
Bielsa says Rodrigo will start v West Ham so side looks at this stage like this with 2 days to go: Meslier, Dallas, Ayling, Cooper, Alioski, Phillips, Klich, Moreno, Raphinha, Harrison, Bamford
