I’m honestly not too down about that game. Toughest fixture of the season and but for some poor finishing we could easily have come away with all three points. Of course it’s disappointing but not all doom and gloom. Huge game against Leicester next...
Anyway,
The good:
Aurier continuing to somehow be one of the best RB’s in the league this season.
Hojbjerg with yet another ‘ground level header’, plus helpfully adjusting Firminho’s shirt during the game.
Son one on one - never in doubt.
The bad:
Poor finishing from Berwijn
Ridiculous miss from Kane
Non existent marking on that corner
The ugly:
Dier’s long range passing.
Any additions?
The good the bad and the ugly

Here's a good point that's worth thinking about.
Leicester H
Wolves A
Fulham H
Leeds H
Aston Villa A
Shef Utd A
Until we meet again 28 Jan (match 20 half way there)
Liverpool H

Leicester at home, and Wolves and Villa away are ‘tricky’ ones....but at the same time every game on that list are winnable. We might fall away a bit, or we could easily be back top in a week or two.

Your sour defensive tactics
Maureen's tantrum
Aurier did do well
Lloris made a lot of decent saves
Some spurs fans thinking that over a season, Maureen's negative, sterile style will win you the league
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Counter attacking football, and it could’ve won us the game.
Lloris made hardly any particularly impressive saves. Most of your shots were pea rollers from outside the area.
And Mourinho’s tactics could win us the league.
Nice that we agree on Aurier though.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Lloris was keeping for a new contract today at least 3 stretched saves

I’m devastated 🤣
Yes they were all over us - but they’re at home and a really good side.
But to weather that and then blow it like we did by missing chances and a daft corner annoys me more.
Got to be better if we want to finish higher than where we are now
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You know we’re currently second, right? Finishing higher would be winning the league. Not being pessimistic, but I’d be thrilled if we ended up where we are now.

Just frustrating that his fixture seems to play out the same way every year.
Go behind, fight back to level, have a strong second half, create ( and miss ) several good chances then lose it in the last minute. Once again resulting in a 2-1 lose.
From memory last season's game played out out exactly the same, with Hugo palming a nothing cross straight to an attacker to score.
Would be nice if, just for one, the cards fell our way when playing this lot. They just somehow get that big break every time.
Still second with everything to play for, byt really frustrating.

Yep. Leicester lost tonight but you just know they will turn up on Sunday.
