As the faint flutter of hoping to attend a match on Boxing Day is no longer a hope, we attempt to put a positive spin on the current tier level in Derby and Erewash knowing that in the new year we will have all teachers and pupils in secondary schools Covid tested.......in school......
Rotherham will not be a tickle on the tum and roll over. True, Wednesday's game was the first time in a long time where I actually enjoyed the game. Consistency is the name of the game and if we can keep this spine together, then we may have some joy.
Lots has been said about the performance and I cannot add more. Maybe a nod to Nathan Byrne who has quietly gone about his business and certainly nullified the famous Swansea wing-backs.
Same again please? And 2W being the superstitious character he is, may stay off the thread again, so as not to jinx it.
