Seems to be the general consensus of what would constitute a good season, but which Trophy?
Caribo Cup seems the most achievable as we’re already in the quarter finals and although I’d obviously take it, it would feel like a bit of a booby prize to me.
FA Cup, better than the Caribo Cup.
Europa League, the best of the three, but the hardest to win.
Which one will it be (if any) ?
Top 4 and a trophy.

I just don’t see that the football we play currently is any worse than Poch’s last season and a half.
We were scraping through games by passing the ball sideways and backwards then - and actually losing a lot more games and conceding a lot more goals.
My only criticism is that when we do have possession, the players we have should be a lot better at keeping hold of it.

I agree, the last season under Poch was a struggle. However, we have accumulated some fantastic players over the last couple of years who would fit into an expansive, attacking, possession retaining system. But we play in a way that shows way too much respect to very average opposition.
I want to see us go for the jugular, I want to see Sissoko benched against lesser teams so we can play GLC and Ndombele together. I want to see us play good football for 90 mins.

We should be going for the league, there is no stand out team this year and it is there for the taking, even if it is not a level playing field due to the fan situation, somebody will have to win it.

Surely everybody in the top 6 is going for the title, or to finish as high as they can?!

I think Jose was hired to stabalise spurs and make them a more solid team. I can see the logic in the appointment short term but agree the squad is capable of playing a more expansive style with the players available. Jose did buy some players that have improved the team and deserves credit but I think he def needs to allow the attacking players a bit more freedom as things progress, if he gets to add a few more signings.
I think fans can tolerate this as a foundation to build on but I think most would feel disappointed if this style became a permanent thing a year or two down the line.
Spurs need a trophy but if Jose wins one and then sticks with this style, unless he is winning titles, I can see some fans calling for someone else to take over the reins and push on the footings Jose laid.
The balance of workers to flair players could be his downfall I think but he will have time to prove me wrong when spurs get cl again next season.
