Brexit is the typical example of what was described by Dr Peterson in his yet to be released book titled "Beyond Order". The EU represents Order.
However, sticking with what is predictable could limit an individual's achievements.

I recommend you pre order a copy of this book.

Whenever I see him interviewed, he comes across as an well spoken, right wing, misogynist.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

What's misogynistic about him?

I find him quite reasonable tbh

I remember watching a long interview with him a year or so ago. He would just go on about how a patriarchy is good for women. I got the impression that he is very much a conservative traditionalist who still thinks women should be at home cooking and doing the washing, while the man goes out to work.

He also has a beef only diet. It's literally all he eats. That's just weird.

This was the interview - if you have a spare 2 hours

Haha that's pretty long tbh and I'm quite busy.

I've watched snippets of the interview you refer to though not in its entirety. From what I remember, he seems to question the existence of a patriarchy, since there are many disadvantages that men face.

I don't really see him as a misogynist tbh. He claims to have helped several women advance their careers in the past, and his lectures don't reveal any misogynistic tendencies.

I think some people who think that (not aimed at you btw) are referring to his interview with Kathy Newman on Channel 4 where she constantly tried to trip him up and pigeon hole him, and he refused to take the bait.

Yeah, I saw that. Absolute car crash of an interview.

Don't get me wrong, he seems like an intelligent guy, but I don't agree with his core beliefs.

I say all this though as someone who doesn't know him extensively, so don't want to get in an argument with anyone.

The vibe I get from him has always made me uneasy so I never really explored his work.

Why can’t we use our sovereignty over them to make them open their borders?
Our sovereignty is better than theirs because we aren’t in the EU and they are.
We took back control to close our borders not for others to do it!
And hang on, why can France close its borders? I thought the EUSSR made all the rules

Fair enough

You know he was apparently in an induced coma in a hotel in Moscow last year? He's struggled mentally and had depression I think. Was fighting for his life I believe.

Surely it's only a matter of time before the virus mutates and the new strain is in these countries anyway. At least we have been vaccinating our population while the EU has dithered, sooner we are rid of that shower the better.
