It would be typical of Spurs to get knocked out by Brentford.

That will only happen if we lose to City.

Oh yeah for sure. City need another easy opponent in cups.

Would have rather have played at the Etihad. I dread City at Old Trafford, we hardly beat them when play there.

Because you actually have to come out and attack. But this season your attack is better than ours so who knows.

I just feel our second team is far superior to yours and unless Ole starts his best 11 I think we will win easily

If we lose, won't be bothered. we have won this thing for 3 seasons now. and the tie means more to you than us

Mm we made nine changes tonight and the line up didn’t look so bad, not sure your squad depth is any better now

way better in defence and midfield. Probably have to play our starting strikers if they are even fit.

moot point as you wont make 9 changes against city as the lack of rhythm especially in midfield will cost you

Just seen the goals. Someone mentioned it, I think - when we broke for the second, Cavani was in our half and just leaned forward with his hands on his knees. Did he have a knock or was he absolutely cream-crackered?

That isn’t why. We’ve sat back and played on the counter and won at home as well. We just have a tendency to lose the game. Usually it’s as City are fast out of the blocks and take it away from us in the first half. Which is why it was surprising that you didn’t come out and attack us at Old Trafford this season. That was the most cowardly you’ve played at Old Trafford in years.

Nah Pep knows. He knew our attack wouldn't be able to do what you think it can do. This is not last season. We are not going to create 30 chances and score 3.

Too many players out of form and injuries mean we are unlikely to play that way this season. A point away at Old Trafford is a great result. Even Liverpool will take it now.

We will play this way against most big teams this season. Anticipate we will play cowardly against Liverpool at Anfield aswell.

Fully fit and firing your first and second XIs are both superior to ours.

At the moment, however, they are neither.

As usual, should be tactically interesting.
