How do Rangers fans feel about Gerrard.

Have you improved because of him or despite him.

He’s been fantastic generally - but needs to deliver a trophy.

He’s built a side from scratch with far less money than Celtic, while Celtic were in a position to simple strengthen an already dominant side. His signings have worked out brilliantly overall, and a good few players improved under him.

He’s got us playing a great style even in Europe, and still managing to get the better of top sides like Galatasaray, Benfica, Porto etc. Been class.

He's vastly improved the team this season in particular. Previously he had made improvements but had a habit of getting in his own way in terms of actually threatening to win anything. Had problems changing a game with subs but now he has a bit of depth it's working so much better.

Overall I think both he and his team have grown massively from March until now and he's been the first manager to really take advantage of celtic showing even slightest weakness.

As long as there has been progress season on season I have been happy with SG. Like a good few others I won’t deny that during last seasons collapse there were moments I didn’t think he would last.

But it was absolutely the right thing to keep him on when you remember where we were when SG came in.

We were AWFUL before SG came in. And within 2 1/2 years he took us to the point where we are 7 points min ahead of Celtic and still a bit annoyed because despite winning our Europa league group we dropped 4 points along the way😂

He MUST win the league this season though.

He has added quality to the squad, come up with effective tactical variations and the team has matured from last season.

We will never get a better chance to win it.

A draw at the weekend wouldn’t be a disaster for us - it would be a far bigger missed opportunity for Celtic than for us. We already have a decent head start on the second half of the season.

If we win it’s not over but I would say it takes us from being 65% favourites to 80% favourites if I’m allowed to just make up numbers with absolutely no scientific basis😂👍

So he's clearly getting the right results for you.

We are the highest scorers in the league, scoring just shy of 3 goals per game.

Scoring plenty in Europe too.

Generally we play a high energy attacking game with a lot of movement and a good variety of play.

Rangers are capable of playing through teams, getting it wide and slinging it in or going back to front early. Also quick on the break.

Enjoyable to watch in the whole 👍

More than that SG has elevated to a level in Europe no-one remotely expected.

Went from being humiliated by nobodies in the qualifying rounds to making the knock out stages with ease in 3 years.

Quite remarkable really.

If he delivers the title this season then SG will go down as an absolutely outstanding appointment.

If he fails to deliver the title from this point he will be known as a nearly man and serial bottler who excelled in Europe when expectations were low.

Time will tell 👍
