You’ve got the likes of beilsa who will improve players

And then you’ve got the like of big Sam, playing the percentages, and maybe getting away with it, but will never develop a player.

Now this is the question

Why can’t British managers improve players ??

The English game has never had as much money, best facilities in the world, has many good young players coming through as ever.

But I wouldn’t trust any of the current English managers to manage a pub team.

gets results, points, takes over struggling teams and sorts them out. That's the whole point of football management. Look at all the clubs that got relegated after they thought they could do better than him. If Bielsa had an equally consistent record then yeah I would say his philosophy makes him a better manager. But fact is if Bielsa takes over a club there's a a high chance he'll throw a hissy fit and quit in a week or that everything will go t!ts up after a season.

Neither manager has won anything major but Allardyce doesn't really have any failures, Bielsa has a few. Big Sam already did what Bielsa is doing now with Bolton and he did it better as well

So you need to go back to last millennium to brag about what Bielsa has won Allardyce manages relegation battlers he's not gonna win anything with them. For steadying struggling teams he does an amazing job and has done everywhere he's been. Bielsa might have a great football mind but fact is he has many failures on his CV

What question? Alardyce won a minor league decades ago and Bielsa won a couple of minor leagues decades ago.

Tough choice to be honest, I prefer the way Bielsa plays but Allardyce would be more successful.
