Anyone returning since the 3rd needs to isolate for 10 days since return date.

Hearing it won't affect Celtic as elite sports bubbles exempt. Although with Celtic admitting they didn't 100% follow the rules that's probably a bit dodgy

Travellers returning from Dubai must quarantine on arrival in Scotland for 10 days from 4am on Monday (11 January). In addition, passengers who have travelled to Scotland from Dubai since 3 January are also being asked to isolate for 10 days, from the date they arrived back in the country.

Also, once upon a time I had a friend of was Ahem, a chief inspector and I go caught speeding through a camera. I reached out to him and the next night during a gathering of friends he stood up and presented me with "speeder of the year" plaque and told me to pay the fookin fine...

Can you pass the sentiment to the yoos let yer club die loons
Only so much fans can do and sometimes can’t win
If they protest at games it’s criticised if they don’t they stood by
Sometimes the high Heid yin’s call it wrong
Really just a case of bad recruitment compounded by dogmatic decisions not to change course
