No interest in any FA Cup 3rd round game unless we are involved so decided to watch Serie A for a change.
Decent game technically but it is quite easy to see why so many older players are doing so well there. The pace of the game is far slower and far less intense. Obviously a number of our ex players are involved also.
Still interesting to watch a different league now and again which I rarely have the time to do any more. Used to love watching Serie A as a kid.

Who is obsessed with it? It's just an observation as why some players do better there than in the PL. It's not unusual to hear foreign players talking about the struggle/need of adapting to the pace of the PL.
