Is set for a permanent £1.5m switch to Bayer Leverkusen according to MEN. His contract with us expires in the summer.

Rojo, Romero, Jones and Lingard next please. Ighalo should also be departing at the end of the month.

Best young whatever he is in the world if he had stayed. Massively overrated and couldn't hack the prem now he's going. I have never seen him play.

I'm glad somebody else has noticed this.

Anyway, good luck to Tim. I was a fan from the outset when he started playing for the U18s. Often performed well no matter what position he played in, I'm just disappointed he wasn't trusted more in a central role, especially at senior level. I had hopes for him, reminded me in some ways of Michael Essien when he played in midfield.

He didn't have much luck with injury, getting injured once or twice soon after he was given his chance at first team level. The game he played well in at Spurs in 2016 sticks in the mind when he got injured at 0-0 and we conceded three goals in around 10 minutes after he went off with every goal coming from our right hand side.

He's shown he can play at a high level, hopefully he'll stay fit enough to do that in Germany.

It'll be interesting to see where Peter Bosz uses him.
