Fake Man Utd

Can’t wait for their fall to start, starting this weekend against Liverpool. They are in a false position as have played all big teams at home (haven’t won any of those matches as well).

They are yet to travel to Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal , Spurs.

Can’t wait to witness their fall.

We are in a false positions because we’ve played all the big sides at home but haven’t beaten them?

I could possibly see some logic to your point if we won a few of those games but your statement makes no sense.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It means you could be further ahead...?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So we're falsely low?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

No because the hardest games of your season are yet to come, where as your rivals have played some of their hardest games . Does it really need explaining
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Interesting. I asked Sheriff the question as he posted the original comment, and he gave a completely different answer. I assume he'd know the answer as it was his comment I was asking about.

Are you saying he was lying about his own thoughts?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Nah....but maybe he's just a fool.

You've played all the big teams at home and not beaten them.. To some you could read that as meaning that if you had beaten some of them you'd have more points.

The more obvious conclusions is that you failed to beat the good teams, even at home, because they are better than you. My own view is that you have the quality to get some results in these games but Ole lacks the tactical nous and the likes of Pep, Klopp, Jose will get the better of him. He's on a par with Arteta and Lamps, but with better more settled resources.

Thing is, neither your or my opinion is worth a carrot when they tot the points up at the end of the season. We'll have to wait and see.

Man Utd won 7 drew 2 and lost 1 last season against Liverpool Man City Chelsea Leiciester City and Tottenham Hotspur who made the rest of the top 6. We still only finished on 66 points as we couldn’t win against the weaker sides. If you look at the stats in the big games this season we haven’t played badly in any except against Spurs.

Very True, but doesnt stop us speculating and sharing views in the interim.

The LFC game will be a real interesting one. Will tell us a lot.

Stats......because they tell the whole story, right?

I saw you play Arsenal Chelsea and City and you didnt deserve anything more than you got (2 points)

They're almost unstoppable at Anfield, so I fully expect them to win, and almost no one believes we'll win the title apart from a few fringe loonies.

If United somehow manage a win, I think it'll say more about how Liverpool are struggling, but I can't see it. City fans would probably rather we got the three points than Liverpool, that probably says it all.

We battered Chelsea really but fluffed our lines and the goalkeeper had a great game. Arsenal game Man Utd pretty much completely dominated the 2nd half and Pogba gave a penalty away under no pressure. We also had a shot saved onto the post and a free header missed.

Battered Cheslea 50/50 possession and 4 shots on target in a dull game.

Arsenal - 2 shots on target in a game you "completely dominated"

FYI, teams deserve to win when they defend well, create good chances and take them. Not when they have more possession and give away stupid penalties.

We had 14 shots 4 on target to Chelsea 6 shots 1 on target and came close to scoring 4 times in the game. The Arsenal game they clawed it onto the post late on and we missed a free header as well as Greenwood poked a shot from close range at the keeper.

Stupid article. Bantering Man Utd when we are nowhere near them and have a manager who thinks Willian is good
