Roy keane 1 year on

I remember watching it and thinking Carragher is just a typical ex player who has no idea what he is talking about. We played well in most of our games but we didn’t have the end product to go with our domination. Amazingly we sign one player I know we got another on loan as well and we then turn our domination into wins with the extra quality.

All the stats suggested there was very little between Man Utd and Liverpool last season.

I know Carragher did mention before that it isn’t always as bad as it is if you buy some players but the way he trolled Ole showed he didn’t see our games.

We rarely get outplayed under Ole. Under Mourinho we used to get outplayed in a lot more games due to Mourinho negative tactics.

Alaba but then again I don’t get paid millions to scout centre backs, I’m sure there is someone who is fit and ready to come in.

Not sure how much can be done in this position but we do need one as Bailly's fitness can't be trusted and lindelof is basically pants

Keane regularly advocates for giving managers more time whether it is a former colleague or not.

Don’t remember him being a big fan of Jose at United

Not really.

Keane just like a lot of united fans on here who actually understand the game could see that we were making progress under Ole (compared to the period following SAF).

It was obvious to many the performances, results, attitude of the squad and general view of the club was improving under Ole and has lead us to this point now. The short term hysteria of some fans and pundits following a few bad results is frankly comical, and this is heightened at United.

He still has us a way to go, but we are heading in the right direction, and I fully back him to win us trophies in the next season or two just like I did when he took over.

Solskjaer has done a great job for United so far and on
balance, I doubt anybody could have done better.

Yes you could do with a better option than Lindelof at CB and maybe a long term out and out CF, but even the best sides around are constantly looking to improve their team / squad.

Trust me, things could be a lot worse.
