Well it's that time of the year again, when the two most decorated clubs in the land, the bestest of all time face up. Liverpool versus Manchester United. This of course summons a thought to your mind which comes before all others; who makes the combined eleven?!

You haven’t been the best team in the country for two and a half years.
Man United are better, Liverpool are worse. The points gap from those two seasons isn’t that relevant to this season.

Not only have we got more pts this season to date. We've got more since Jan 1st 2020. Over a year ago now. Manchester have been statistically the best team in England for over a year as we've won more pts in that time than any other club.

Remember when we used to get excited about these things that dont really mean anything. I remember about 07/08 we were the no.1 ranked team in europe by uefa coefficients. We used to cling to it whilst united swept up the actual titles.
