Stop the righteous BS. I gave up 5 hours on Christmas Eve to man samaritans lines. I have done 5 of the last 6 Christmas Eves/days. I'm OK with myself.

I manage to help people with mental health problems AND I manage to avoid using mental health as a stick to mock people with online.

The fact you have a frontline view of the issues with mental health and you chose to post what you did is staggering, it really is.
