If Poch only wins the French charity shield in his time at PSG it will have been even more of a failed tenure than his time at Spurs.

Wouldn't be patting him on the back for winning that.

I know what you mean. They should just get rid of him now, right? Not much point if all he can win is a charity shield.

The determination of some fans to see him fail is just nuts. It's probably because any success he has is a kick in the teeth to their narrative that he's not a winner, and therefore a justified Levy sacking. Morons.

No, that's not what I'm saying.

I'm saying pretending he has some new winning mentality because he won the French charity shield is a reach.

I think he'll do well at city but he still has to actually win a competition without being plopped straight into the final before his winning mentality is proven.

Like the fact people are getting are excited about Poch winning a farmer's trophy. Literally given to him on a plate. Unai Emery won everything in France except the Champions League and he did well in the Prem. Oh wait...
