Eriksen return looking more likely

Fabrizo Romano tweeted this yday :

The agent of Eriksen is now working to find a solution. 🇩🇰

Re Tottenham: Mourinho would like to have him back at Spurs on loan, but his salary [€7,5m/season after taxes] is the main issue - no advanced talks yet with #thfc. Eriksen hopes to come back in Premier League.

And on Dele :

PSG are very keen to sign Dele Alli on loan. Pochettino wants him and Dele is pushing to leave Tottenham - he respects the club but he wants to play. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

#THFC at the moment are *not* convinced yet and they’re taking time. The deal is not ‘easy’.

So Eriksen could be coming back with Dele going PSG. Interesting. I'm not really bothered about Eriksen coming back but if he does, how will he fit in?

Will Ndombele drop back and partner PEH? Would be interesting to see.

We need reinforcements in center mid to replace Winks and Sissoko. Another lightweight is not what we need. This team is crying out for Someone In midfield to play alongside PEH with A good engine , Physicality And ability to manipulate the ball. That will allow our front players to actually play a bit more up and have a link between midfield and our front players.

Just like the bench warming Bale, will be another wasted and pointless deal. He will be defending for 80 mins like the rest of the team.

Eriksen news made Sky Sports

I can’t believe people want back a player who said he wanted to leave, pretty much downed tools, strolled about for 6 months and now wants to come back because he can’t get into the first 11 of the “bigger club” he went to.

Has he actually said he wants to come back? Oh dear, it all sounds a bit desperate. If he had left us in good form it would be one thing, but as you say it was 6 months of poor form if not longer before he left. We'd be taking a punt on a player to rekindle some form he hasn't had in 2 years and who has been distinctly average in all that time. All the logic, including already having Bale as a direct example of an ex-player coming back, suggests it's going to be a waste of a signing.

A.Gold says Jose isn't interested. Fraudizio Romano says he is.

When it comes to Spurs, here we Gold > here we Go

There is actually a live debate on Eriksen is coming or not, includes A Gold too

Ffs, we have players at the club - sort out a plan B when we are unable to score more than 1 goal. Maybe plan B should be NO SISSOKO!

Well, if we are willing to let Dele leave then we should be all over bringing Eriksen back. Our teams needs as much creativity as it can get.
