As fans we're frustrated with this performances as we know what team are capable of and we're seeing polar opposite of a few weeks back.
Bielsa seems to feel nothing necessarily that wrong although he does seem a little shorter in terms of patience than normal.
But what do AR and 49ers think?
In reality, AR is an emotional, ego driven personality with little experience of football relative to his main businesses.
He want really that bothered with retaining Monk who was doing good job at time, made strange decision to point TC then give him very little support, bizarrely hired and fired Heck and gambled and got lucky with Bielsa.
Bielsa has of course, done an amazing job, but we know how quickly football can turn.
These last 2 results haven't been "we tried our best but narrowly lost", they have been entirely lacklustre, with our 2 top signings failing to make any impact at all and finding themselves being replaced by far lesser lights.
What does an owner make of that? What do 49ers make of that? What are Jay Z and Rocnation advising?
From being untouchable, the nature of these 2 results massively dents Bielsa's credibility here. All the calls from Simon Jordans and Mersons etc that Bielsa isn't all that special and they cant see the hype suddenly have some evidence to back them up and our owners cannot help but hear this.
I believe that the transfer policy to focus on acquiring less players but quality ones is the right policy, but did we acquire the right quality? Will Orta be holding his hands up saying he could have done better, or be saying els given the tools Bielsa wanted.
I believe that given Prem quality players, Bielsa can take this league by storm the same as he took Championship by storm but that is going to take some more transfer windows, some funding (which of course is depleted in these times) and the complete backing of the owners and of course Bielsa' desire to continue the project.
Will AR worry that Bielsa is not the right man for the job, will 49ers cast any influence, will Bielsa feel secure with the owners?
These dynamics are sensitive, they can change quickly and need constant work from all parties and I hope that owners have some patience here and understanding that Bielsa needs support morally, emotionally and with new players.

I'm really not so sure about AR's attitude to Bielsa.
First thing you have to remember is that he wasn't AR's choice, he was suggested to AR.
Secondly, he has made comments along the way which show that they're not fully aligned, for example contradicting Bielsa over spygate and commenting later on that he thought Bielsa presser was wrong thing to do.
When Bielsa renewed contract last time he also made comments about Bielsa actually being lucky to be here, or some such like.
You'll notice from Bielsa side he rarely talks about AR, he talks about Orta but name but if and when he does talk about AR, its by title. The relationship is not the closest.
These are comments of man (AR) who is not 100% bought in.
He does not need to be bought in 100%, but, when going gets tough, the relationship can change quickly and although its just 2 results its the nature of the results and the fact that club put a lot of money into these signings and Bielsa not using them fully.
An emotional person, who is used to people doing what he says 100% in his companies, can naturally maybe not be happy with this.
We see it as fans, but I think AR sees things in a very different light.

Lots of comments here from fans perspectives, I'm talking about AR's perspective.
Is he going to bend over backwards again to try and get Bielsa to stay again after seeing performances like this?
Its all well and good saying wait until we've got better players, owner will think, I've just had one of highest spends in Prem this summer and those players are being subbed off. We haven't got money to invest at these levels again, so where do we go from here?

You’re assuming Radz thinks like you do. You’re looking at it from your perspective.
You have no idea what his thoughts are unless he makes them public so speculating is a waste of time.

He has made them public.
Hence the post about what his perception might be now.

Having had a day or 2 to recover from the absolutely abysmal performance against Brighton, I think its time to make a change or 2.
Second half of the season, lets get Pablo fit and use his abilities alongside Phillips and Klich to get the team firing again.
Bamford has stepped up this year in terms of his goalscoring, but in isolation his efforts aren't strong enough to get what we need. We need a really hungry goalscorer alongside him, or to replace him in a game to really worry the opposition. Our defence I am generally less concerned about, I think with Koch, Llorente and Cooper things will improve.
Harrison has serious pace, as does Raphina, lets have them running behind defences and putting in decent balls into the box, as well as running more directly at and around players.
I'd for a game or 2 drop Rodrigo and give Tyler a run, though really we need to get someone decent in on a free transfer or for a fee (Diego Costa?). We need to really worry teams upfront.
Rodrigo needs to find some form and ability and re-earn his place in the team.
2 other players on the "must-improve" list are Dallas and Alioski. Dallas was our most wasteful player against Brighton and Alioski nearly cost us a second goal.
Still feeling upbeat our what we can do this season in the league, but we can't keep trying the same thing over and over and hoping things will improve. A change or tweak may do us good.

Maybe you need to re read it again Stoopo, I didn't say AR said that.

I honestly think we are doing just fine.
12th in the premier league is above my expectations at this stage of the season. Yes we spent money but we are 300-400m behind mid table sides. We have 23 points. Fulham and West Brom combined have 23 points. We have achieved this whilst barely having a fit centre back pairing all season.
The signings have on the whole been decent
Harrison loan is working well again
Meslier is a bargain at 5m
Koch looked good value at 12m
Llorente we have been unlucky on
Raphinha 19m has been inconsistent but no doubt he has talent
Rodrigo is the expensive looking one so far.
Some of the youths signed like greenwood Somerville geldarht are contributing massively in terms of the winning u23 side.
The u23s are top of the league and could be promoted to the Premier 1. This again would be an awesome achievement and surely will help attract better youths.
I’m very happy with the season overall and I’d hope that the owners feel similar. The one blip was the FaCup which was a huge disappointment.

Perspective:
The last 6 league games...
Leeds W3 L3
Palace L2 D3 W1
Wolves L4 D2
Newcastle L4 D2
Brighton L2 D3 W1
Burnley L3 D1 W2
Fulham D5 L1
WBA L3 D2 W1
Sheff U L4 D1 W1
Yes we could be doing better but it could be a lot worse! This little league of 9 teams is the one we want to be top of. Being above Palace, Wolves, Burnley and Newcastle, with a game in hand in some cases, we really cannot complain. 5 months of Premier League football in the last 16 years. We have a lot to learn yet.

“He has made them public.”
I asked you where he had made his thoughts public on what you said.
I also said you are assuming that he’s thinking like you. You have no proof of that so it’s really a load of bull.
Maybe think what you write before posting.

AR has made public comments to which I've referred and when I've said what he might be thinking I've been pretty clear in saying its what he might be thinking rather than having commented on that.
I think most normal people get the gist of it, its just yourself that likes to go round in circles.

Interesting comment on another thread re Bielsa and AR re pitch:

Just been sent something over whatsapp regarding the pitch.
Apparently Bielsa is "doing his nut" over the pitch
and the players also.
Cooper took Radz onto the pitch and told him it was dangerous and theyre going to lose players.
Bielsa has told Radz if we dont sort the pitch we will get relegated because we wont get another point at home.
Radz has been negotiating with Spurs for 3 weeks who wanted 380k for the pitch and eventually the 49ers have paid 340k to get it.
No idea whether this is true but none of it sounds good!!
