I’m choosing the next 7 because after that we play Chelsea & City back to back right after. I get the feeling that if we are really going to challenge for the title we will need to come out if this run of games with our lead in tact.
There are no easy games and nothing should be taken for granted but we’ll be favourites for at least 6 of those games.
Anyway not a bad result today even though we could have won it in the end.

although our recent form vs Arsenal is shocking....need to put that one right ASAP

Arsenal remind me a bit of us last season before Bruno arrived. Not very good overall but show up against the better sides.

Arsenal are nothing like us last season as before Fernandes arrived we were mullering teams with shots on target while allowing very few shots against. Arsenal near bottom of the league for both.

Our expected points was 44.14 before Fernandes signed. We were 10 goals worse off and 10 points worse off then our domination deserved. Have you not noticed Fernandes is like our top scorer as he is the one that usually finishes. We were the 20th best side in efficiency but had near identical stats before Fernandes came as league leaders Liverpool.

Our expected points are worse this season than last season but last season we had near title winning stats.
Interestingly our shots for and against on target for and against are identical to last seasons first 18 league games except we attempted fewer shots and faced more this season than last season but we have been more luck teams have been less accurate against us missing the target more often than not against us compared to last season.

5 wins, a draw and a loss I reckon.
The latter being against Arsenal, who for the last few years we have just completely collapsed against for some reason.
