Surely one of the questions from journalists should have been
" are you looking at bringing players in this January "
the answer to that question would have been interesting

Even if they did, Frank wouldn't divulge transfer plans (for obvious reasons)...so it would be another pointless question.


They could have asked Frank about whether he sees Mount playing in the deep position long-term, which he did against Leicester alongside Kovacic in a two-man midfield.

Or about Gilmour.

Or about Hudson-Odoi getting a run of games on the left, while he's in-form.


They'd get meaningful responses from Frank with regard to those players.

I would want to know why Tammy didn't start in any of the last 4 matches prior to Leicester, the biggest mystery.
Was on-form, stopped his momentum.

Maybe not give names but he could easily say we are lookin g as a lot of Managers do. Or if he said a flat no, then you could take that different ways, either he thinks the teams is ok or the board wont give him anymore money ,
Now in reply to ChelseaF, regarding Tammy.
and this is just my opinion, I do not believe Tammy will ever be the quality forward we so badly need
I think he is poor to be honest, he may have a purple patch every now and then but they are few and far between. Some may say does not get enough game time, but even with that , I feel he is very limited
Not at all what we need . He's not a target man who can hold up play, he's heading is poor and I think he's touch is not that good at all.
As I said just my opinion
