Anyone else feeling slightly apathetic towards the game tomorrow? I just feel that if ever there was a season to pause the domestic cup competitions, this was it. Too many games in too short a time are already troublesome, so having to squeeze in two domestic cup competitions on top of the league is borderline dangerous.
To be honest I would even argue both sides could do without this game, for different reasons of course; United pushing to win the title and Liverpool in pursuit of a top 4 finish. It's all about the bigger picture for both teams as well as the lure of top 4 money for Liverpool's American owners.
All things considered, I would rest at least 5 key players tomorrow. None of Shaw, Maguire, Pogba, Bruno or Rashford should start and I would even consider benching a few more to keep legs fresh for the title charge. Make no mistake, Liverpool come to Old Trafford in their worst form for years and years so would still be there for the taking.

So it's the morning of the game and, despite being up since 5am, i've only just thought about it now. Yep, the apathy is still there big time and i'll probably give this one a miss. Elche play Barca at 15:15pm which I will watch on La Liga TV and then after that i'll probably cook and finish Carragher's latest book. I'll most likely just have a look at BBC sport come 7 or 8 o'clock to see what the score was. Bigger things on the menu for United and Liverpool this season.

Not at all mate. Theres no complaints from me. I find it quite amusing watching the many reincarnation week upon week. Im simply pointing out a guy who is clearly on thin ice probably isnt covering his latest attempt at being a genuine football debater in glory.

Yeah agreed. Its the cat and mouse with admin that amuses me. I have commented before that there are far worse than culer who seem to have avoided the admin ban. There is still however an analogy of the toddler told to stay away from the biscuit tin yet he edges closer and closer until caught out. Case in point, culer, over and over again.

Probably representing the majority view.
Liverpool are not in the right place, Klopp doesn’t like the FA cup based on his previous decision making so this will be a comprehensive Man U win.
Interesting how visibility of FSG’s lack of proactive transfer support is just starting to appear.
What is clear, is this season will end badly unless something changes.
