Gwen - binned for bragging about his wages
Emi - binned for questioning why he wouldn’t start the season as #1
Saliba - binned for being “not ready" in the eyes of a manager who offered Mustafi a new contract
Mainland Niles - binned for daring to put in a good performance at CM in the Europey
Balogun - binned for looking significantly better than golden boy Eddie
Nelson - binned (if he’s lucky) for...not sure what the reason is here tbh
Which young promising player will fall victim to Artitler next?
5 s Martinelli - has been hooked in his last 2 starts or left sitting on the bench behind Willian
4 s Gabriel - has barely been seen since he got Covid
3 s Tierney - he wears short sleeves in the snow so maybe Artitler doesn’t like him making his team mates look soft
2 s ESR - having worked with the real De Bruyne, he may find ESR’s nickname offensive
1 Azeez - promising midfielder who could possibly challenge Xhaka’s place in the team. Xhaka can’t have challengers.
Who will Artitler ostracise from Arsenal next?
Artitler’s victims

No. Tu can't have that. Emi has different qualities to Leno. Leno is the better keeper for sweeping in behind defences when they are pushed up. He is faster on his feet. Emi however is far better than Leno collecting the ball in the air. Floaty simple crosses that really increase pressure on the CBs if the goalkeeper doesn't come for them. Whats more Leno has weaker wrists which is why he has been putting shots back into play rather palming them wide. They are both poor distributing.
I do agree there is not that much between them but Emi for me is better for premier league where balls into the box is such a common tactic.
And btw I don't think Arteta is convinced by Leno.

Agree with most of that except they're both good distributors, and I do think arteta is convinced by Leno.

Any reason? He has had a couple of chances to add competition to Leno but didn't.

If you're right about Leno then Arteta was a right chump in letting Martinez go...

I think it started at the start of the season when although Emi used it as a reason to walk away, Arteta was 80% sure he would be starting Emi. Since then I've seen Leno try to work on some of those flaws, especially trying to be more dominating in the air. (which is great but not there yet). And although I think he has great reflexes, he is still spilling balls in the box. (his defenders are more aware of it though).
And I don't think Arteta has done anything abt it because lets face it there are other more pressing matters with limited money. Because I do think Leno is a very good keeper. I just don't think he is going to be one that will be required when we are competing for the league.

Of course, the cherry on top is Ozil. Dared to speak out on a humanitarian issue and asked the club what the pay cut would be spent on (didnt say he wouldnt agree, just wanted to know where it would go). Arteta took full responsibility for cutting him from the squad.

I forgot to add in my previous comments that Leno will now make a howler in the next game.
