Yes mate. For some reason they gave me a shielding letter so I got it last Sunday

Doing ok mate.. I don't think there has been a family untouched by this but thankfully we have remained physically healthy.. some friends haven't been so lucky, it is what it is and you just have to get on with it. Living for the brighter evenings pal 💚

I've been in a scheidt place before. Was being treated by military Mental Health hospital around 8 years ago. We come out the otherside better for facing our adversities.

All I'll say for the here and now is control the controllables and accept the uncontrollables
