Is Arteta the right man

Look at Ancellotti at Everton an average squad but they look more solid and disciplined and organised than us.

I think at this difficult time in our club we should have got an experienced coach to steady the ship instead of a novice.

I still think Arteta will become good one day but looks like our club cannot make decisive decisions like Chelsea they sacked Lampard without reservations.

Some of his decision making is atrocious not playing Martinelli, starting Auba our too scorer or continue playing Willian a man lacking form and not to play Mari wtf.
Our club is in crisis from top to bottom.

Exactly how is Cedric better than AMN or Kolasinac?

Cedric made a mistake but he's been very good filling in a lb and rb.

Amn and Kola have been absolutely woeful this season when filling in and both rightly loaned out.

Yes. Thought parts of our performance were quite good today. A stupid individual error and a lucky deflection in the second minute put us in the back foot, and Villa are one of the worst teams to go behind against in the league.

I’ve seen enough from him to show that he has the traits to be a great manager. He’s clearly an intelligent guy and he’s definitely improved significant elements of the club culture. He’s won us a trophy, and our defending is the best it’s been since the mid-noughties. I was majorly concerned about his ability to get us attacking well, but since the Chelsea game, I think he’s proven me wrong, even if there is still work to do.

The players are clearly playing for him and the team spirit looks good. If we were to replace him, it would be back to square one.

Ancelotti is one of the best managers of the modern era, so I don’t think it’s a particularly hard-hitting criticism to say that Arteta isn’t as good as him. But with Ancelotti it would have only ever been a quick fix at best. This club needs a significant rebuild, and a young, hungry coach like Arteta is the right kind of person to lead a project like that. Stick with it, I genuinely believe it’ll come good.

I think Arteta deserves time.

Can’t see many other managers getting much more from that squad.

Doesn’t look like it. FA Cup win and a few good results doesn’t indicate he’s good enough to be managing Arsenal.

Arsenal’s squad is pretty poor, but their results and performances still haven’t been good enough.

Agree Kola was woeful and I could point out the mistakes. However when was AMN woeful?

Arteta is the right man. He just needs time.

Arteta since he came has regularly hot outplayed by nearly every team he faced. Arsenal are near bottom of the league for chances created and near worst team at restricting the opposition. Basically the most tactically clueless manager in the league. He relies on other team missing chances to get results.

Got. I think Arteta has just fluked a cup run with his negative park the bus tactics. Any manager will look good if they convert nearly every chance and the opposition miss a lot. Stopping Arsenal creating chances is nearly the easiest game of the season as you don’t even have to defend as the attack is non-exisistent. I noticed it since Arteta came his side defend for most of the game hence why Arsenal are near bottom of the league for chances created since Arteta took the job. Arteta side remind me of when Alex Mcleish used to manage Birmingham, sit back for most of the games and hope to nick a goal from a set piece. Try to nick undeserved 1-0 wins after playing dreadful football for most of the game.

That’s not true, other managers might make better tactical decisions, bring on players that can make a difference instead of ones that are finished e.g Willian. Sign better players ect.
