Cut price Sancho?

Dortmund have lost a lot of money and if they miss out on CL, they could be forced to sell players.

"The German outfit are deeply concerned over the lack of income in the past 12 months, having lost €26m in TV revenue, as well as a lack of ticket sales due to the coronavirus outbreak. A poor start to the season has exacerbated these fears, and they could miss out on a further €75m if they don't qualify for the Champions League.

Dortmund are currently lying in sixth place, four points off the top four, meaning the pressure is on their stars to bank a place in Europe's biggest tournament over the second half of the season.

Should they fail to do so however, Der BVB have made a list of eight saleable assets who would balance the books for the next year - and Sancho is one of them. The previous price quoted of €120m is now believed to be 'questionable' given the forward's poor form, and Dortmund would be 'satisfied with less' this time round.

Axel Witsel, Manuel Akanji, Mahmoud Dahoud, Giovanni Reyna, Jude Bellingham, Raphael Guerreiro and star striker Erling Haaland are also on the list."

He's not been his best this season. And knowing Ed, he'll probably make him our most expensive signing when we should be looking to get him for less when what we offered last summer. And I'd prefer Haaland over him. It would be great to get him and Haaland, but the latter looks like he'll be off to city.

Have there been many players come from the Bundesliga recently that have done themselves justice?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The list is pretty short/iffy:
Hakimi (but he was on loan from Real)
Volland (doing well in Monaco)
Ante Rebic (doing pretty good at AC Milan, but again after loan)

Lots of big profile failures though in Jovic, Havertz (wasted at Chelsea in my opinion). The last two prospects I remember from BuLi becoming world class players are DeBruyne and Sané...

Havertz has had 6 months, been injured and had Covid. Catch yourself on ffs

I suppose Ndombele is a French league flop

Would prefer Haaland.
Maybe we can offer 100million (or 99million +martial) for Sancho+Haaland.

How many have moved from Germany to the PL and been a big hit recently? The Chelsea two should be given time, but right now they aren't looking good. Though we have seen player can improve in their second season. And how many from Dortmund?

Never mind their financial issues, his price has halved on his form alone.

The guy will be lucky to make the Euros. Get Grealish instead.

Son, clearly.

Rudiger and Kehrer have both done alright.

Does Auba count or was that too long ago?

We could've bought him all those years ago.
