Saints have dropped seven points from winning positions in their last three Premier League games against Wolves.
Wolves have won three of their four most recent away fixtures against Southampton in all competitions.
Southampton
Southampton have suffered five straight league defeats, conceding 18 goals. They have never lost six league games in a row.
Ralph Hasenhuttl's side have won just one of their past five home league matches (D1, L3).
Nonetheless, only Manchester City have kept more than Southampton's six home clean sheets in this season's top flight.
James Ward-Prowse has scored four direct free-kick goals in the league this season, just one short of David Beckham and Laurent Robert's Premier League record.
Danny Ings has scored just one goal in his past nine Premier League appearances.
Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wolves have won once in 10 Premier League games, and have failed to score in three of the last four.
They could go seven consecutive league away fixtures without a win for the first time since a run of nine from February to September 2012.
Only Burnley and Sheffield United have scored fewer than Wolves' nine away goals in this season's top flight.
Wolves haven't opened the scoring in any of their past 13 top-flight games. Only three clubs have had a longer such run in Premier League history.
Five of Wolves' seven league victories this season have come against London sides.
Nuno Espirito Santo will become the second Wolves manager to take charge of 100 Premier League matches, emulating Mick McCarthy.

My main memory of a bench in a vehicle was when we hired a cheap mini bus to go to Bradford Speedway. Trouble was when we picked it up it wasn’t a mini bus at all, just a transit with two benches in the back. People flying everywhere every time we went round a bend

Stayed overnight in the Britannia after a boozy night in town once. Never realised how bad it was, the frontage looks ok. But in the hotel area it was at least 20 years overdue a refurb. Terrible advert for the town considering the prominent position it sits in
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Never stayed in one anywhere but heard similar stories, an ex colleague stayed in the one near Manchester airport and had to complain about the dark brown stains on his bed sheets.
Wetherspoons were supposed to be converting the upstairs bit of the moon under water in to a hotel. The old Co-OP building across the road from the grand and my pre match drinking hole. Don't know if they've made any lockdown progress on that, not been in to the city centre for over a year now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don’t know if they’ve started the development yet but planning permission has been granted for a 50 room hotel and the site will also be the National Wetherspoons Museum and heritage centre with artefacts from all the Wetherspoons pubs in the country
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The national Wetherspoons museum eh? Sounds like a top family day out.

Just thought I’d check cinci’s comment to see how delighted he is with our result. But no, still argumentative and negative in his moment of joy
But there is progress. Two days it was its right to ask questions about Nuno’s future and could see him going in the summer if we don’t improve. Now we win a game and maybe Fosun will ask the question in a years time.
If we win next week maybe Fosun will be asking the question in 5 years time 😂
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Quite some lies there. Plenty of positive comments, not really any negative ones about today actually?!?!
I haven't for one minute said get rid of Nuno in the summer? I have said he deserves time. So another lie.
Guess if you need to lie to score points then go for it but it's a little sad.

Bit surprised by all the talk of the pen being controversial those are going to be given these days whether intentional or not. McCoist must have had 50 quid on a Southampton win today the way he was going on and Shearer seemed to feel obliged to back him up.
Still a bit gobsmacked by the contrast in the first and second half displays.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah clear pen to me. I thought our performance was great given what I saw. First halves ain't our thing

Neto said a year or so ago he wanted to be the next Ronaldo or something like that. I reckon he has a chance to be one of this generations best that is for sure. Unplayable at times now.

You may have stumbled on something here? Maybe be could just scrap the first half and just play the second half in future.
Reduce unnecessary contact with the opposition.

The penalty to me was a joke, if that had been given against Wolves I would be livid.
Common sense seems to have gone out of the window, neither should be penalties, and it is ruining football for the fans.

His goal yesterday will only add to the general awareness about the talent of Neto. Can’t be many players of his age making such an impact in the premier league nowadays. Foden the only other one that comes to my mind
Think it’s certain we’ll receive some massive offers for him in the summer, from this country and abroad. Let’s hope we can hold on to him

Do agree with that. Accidental handball should never have been decided as an offence. Gone against us on a few occasions not only in blocks like this one but also in attack where there were accidental handballs in the build up.
Wasn’t surprised it was given yesterday given the rules but the rule is an ass

The rules are OK as long as they apply them to every case. We have had several go against us as you say so the same must go for us.
The rule is wrong but they should only change it for the start of the new season.
