The thing is, if Celtic were on top in the league but were getting wins like that and he said they were brilliant most people wouldn't bat an eye.

They would as they did with previous managers. A win is good but some wins are better than others and managers need to be honest about them.

The criticism would be nowhere near the level it’s at just now. All that would matter would be winning the league this season. There might be mutterings of discontent, but they would be nominal.

It’s football, and we’re fans the same as other teams.

i don't.

they firmly blame the virus and the lack of fans, not realising that they are basically saying the fans win games and not the manager.

the celtic boards relationship with lennon reminds me of steve kean with the venkys at blackburn.
