Haaland or Mbappe?

Haaland for me if we could sign one, think a lot of teams would choose him too.

Mbappe is probably more talented, but his skillset and playing style imo is something more players have (just not as good), so there are other options and will always be more options of wide forwards in that category.

Haaland, you don’t come across proper strikers like that too often so for his age and rarity he’s like gold dust.

Although I accept your take, there are no other options that can come close to fulfilling what Mbappe would give any team. In terms of foals, I am not sure we are going to see anything like Messi and Ronaldo anytime soon, but if I was to bank on someone coming close is this guy.

It is also worth noting this club has failed to replace even Antonio Valencia

There are currently lots of players that post goal/assist stats similar to his, in the PL alone.

Until he moves on to close to Ronaldo/Messi levels I think my point of Haaland offering more of a difficult to find type of player for clubs stands.

I was thinking that the other day. Someone like Tony V even would make a difference to the current team.

19-20= 30 Goals
20-21= 21 goals currently.

They're in all competitions aren't they? He has 16 in the French league (1 less than Salah, 3 more than Kane, Son, Calvert Lewin)

I'm not saying his numbers aren't brilliant, but I think there are more players worldwide that offer similar attributes to a team as him, than Haaland.

Ultimately we won't know until he does it in another league if his numbers carry on, I do expect they will tbf. But I also think that as an example, the likes of Salah, Mane or Sancho would be doing just as well in that league for a team that have been as dominant in their league as PSG.

Mbappe, we'd make the money back in shirt sales.

Need a team with Haaland and Lolkaku managed by ROFL Hasenhuttl.

3 world class players there and in Salah's case, putting numbers up that would rank him one of the top players to ever play in this league. There are not plenty wide players in this world similar to Mbappe, which was what you said, albeit a bit inferior talent wise.

Haaland.

More suited to United, the EPL, and has greater developmental attributes.
