1) Sell as many of: Dier, Sanchez, Aurier, Davies, Doherty, as we can for whatever money anyone will give us.
2) Blow all that money and more on a RB and 2 x CB. Top quality - minimum £50mil each CB.
3) Beg Reguilon to stay.
4) Sort out GK the summer after.
Left with Toby, Rodon and 2 x new top class bank busting CBs
Now I know we have loads of other dross in the squad, but we need to sort the defence out. Seeing as it has seen minimal investment in god knows how long, it needs a lot of money.
This all needs to be done AT THE START OF THE FACKING WINDOW so they can play every single preseason as a 4!
I’d even say do this and keep Jose. We can’t get rid of him AND improve the squad. So just improve the defence squad and then bin him off the end of next season.
This will never happen by the way - ever. Levy will buy 3 more 15-20mil midfielders.

The point is that the previous manager got us consistently challenging and making the top 4 every year under this ownership. Why can’t Jose? He’s the problem. Every squad is flawed. You can’t moan about it. You have to make them better. The comments today will further knock their confidence.
Also, if Levy were to ever read this article, he’d realise that it’s much cheaper to pay off Jose at 34m than it is to recruit the kind of players you think needs replacing and I think that’s the right approach. The ownership isn’t going anywhere so we need a manager that can work under those kinds of restrictions. That’s why Nangelsman is perfect.

No, what he had is the same squad Poch managed to consistently get into the top 4 with. Sure, he lost Eriksen and Verts but he’s gained a much bigger and better squad than Poch ever had. Simply no excuses.

If he's as good as what the hype is I'd throw whatever wages he wanted at the AC Milan keeper this year. His age for a keeper with that many appearances is a solid investment on a free (although haven't seen him a lot tbh)

Levy has been dithering about his next move for some time now. With Europa League still in play, he's probably not going to do anything.
But............the league position must be becoming a growing concern for both him & money bags Lewis.
If they are considering selling out, the club's value is going down!
The whole defense needs revitalizing. That's a big investment.
Meanwhile, they have to keep top players like Kane and Son.
And the bottom line problem is...............
who could Levy get to take over from Mourinho right now?
