He must have another year in him, before stepping up to the coaches role.

I think he’s still good enough to play another season

If he's stepping up as a coach Boris it might make sense to send him off to New York as a player coach for a season just to have a break before coaching former teammates.

Has to be used sparingly now, but 5hit, when he is he’s still the best dm in the league

He's been credited with getting the players together after our indifferent start to the season and gave a 'Who's in, Who's out' type speech that galvanised the squad.

Maybe that's the thinking about getting him on the coaching team.
