Well you all know the song sang at the ground several times a game and quite rightly they lived up their name tonight.
That coverage was absolutely pathetic this evening.
The cameraman .... was he pulling one off when he almost missed the first goal completely. One second we are looking at a random player close up and the next it’s on bamford and shoots into the net. P45 for the cameraman
The commentator - completely at sixes and sevens for the disallowed goal. He simply didn’t have a clue what was going on and hinchcliffe wasn’t much better. How do they earn money when they don’t even know the basic laws of the game they are commentating on? I thought it was pretty obvious what had happened real time, never mind the numerous replays both after and at half time when the pundits were trying to listening for the whistle sounded. Do they all have ear impairments?
Beckford whilst I understand he is a striker was poor describing Tella has “almost got away with it", seemingly condoning the attempt to con the referee. Thankfully Souness was at hand to label the guy a cheat. He should have gone further and ask where the yellow card or retrospective action is for the player clearly cheating. He should also be asking why a young lad playing his first ever premier game is cheating already. Poor from beckford.
Sky TV without Neville, Keane and Evra should be a pleasure to watch. It shows just how bad it was when this trio were missing and I was chanting at the Tv mid game “sky tv is fking sh1tt"

I missed the Raph goal due to Sky too! The connection went on my headset. I guess it’s only a beta version so I’ll let them off.
Was great to get back on and see that the game was truly over though.

I said to my better half that the comment from about Patrick was crass .
The first rule is to get a shot on target - he hit it hard, straight and true with as you said Wakey, two defenders and the goalie defending the line.
Has Hinchcliffe forgotten that PB has scored some absolute beauties this season or has he just not watched any Leeds games before?

Yeah that comment made no sense at all. Bamford usually smashes it and most have gone in this season. Laughable punditry tbh. Also said that KP is clearly our most important player. Again, not necessarily true, the disruption caused by moving 3 players is more of a hindrance than losing KP.

Worst thing for me was hinchcliff, saying when calling a short from bamford a championship shot.
It made no sense.
Said he should have passed it into net, inside of smashing it. There was two defender on the line and keeper was there two

Maybe confusing, sorry. I have an Oculus VR headset. The have a beta version called Sky Worlds which, if you have a Sky account you can watch the game in 2d.
You basically sit in what looks like a huge room with a big screen in front of you. It’s pretty cool.
They are also trialing multi angled 3D but it’s only on a few highlighted games.

Don't think you can complain about Sky Go being behind.
I also think that Sky have done a lot of great things and really improved the experience for viewers.
But there's just too much of it now. Just let us watch the game. Stop trying to create a narrative. Stop focussing on managers reactions while the game is going on. Stop showing replays of players rolling around. And get commentators that understand the tactical and technical side of the game. I'm fed up of generic statements churned out by commentators who can't be watching football unless they are paid to.
I am watching most of the game each week and like everyone have a full time job. It doesn't appear that these commentators can be bothered to when it is their job to know as much as possible about the game.

True but there’s behind and behind. In this day of digital technology I would be happy with a few seconds but we are talking a good minute at times.
