For Lorimer ...

the club should consider renaming the academy and youth set up as Peter Lorimer Academy!
It would be a fitting tribute as Peter Lorimer joined Leeds still as a school boy and played at youth and reserve level for Leeds, undoubtedly one of the greatest players produced by the club.

We’re lucky as a club, that we’ve so many legends and not just club legends but legends of the British game

What an excellent idea. Either the Peter or Lasher Lorimer Academy!

Apologies for intruding on your page. I am a Man Utd fan but was sad to read the news about Peter Lorimer today. I am old enough to remember him well from the time that he, Charlton and the Hibberts hit the ball harder than anyone else. And back then it was a real football not the plastic they use now.
Sad loss. Full respect.

Thank you for the nice post. At the end of the day we are all people, and football rivalries should be about the banter., so no apologies necessary.

He's not been well for a while, I believe that the club have been paying for his care.
