Let's deal with the facts here.
After years of uncontested domination of the game in Scotland, with treble after treble after treble (all tainted of course since United weren't in the league), it has taken the return of Dundee United to make a fundamental change in the game in this country and, it is safe to say, the mighty Terrors have stopped the 10.
I'm sure the whole of Scottish football will be grateful to us for what we've done for the game.
Anyway, yesterday was more a showcase for why Benji Siegrist is the best keeper in Scotland than anything else, and while very few of his stops were showy, I'd argue his positioning is second to none and it made many of his stops look comfortable.
Celtic had enough chances to win a couple of games but weren't clinical, and the reality is United had some chances towards the end that could and should have won us the game.
And those chances came after the substitutions were made and that's no coincidence. I don't know how many times we need this confirmed, but playing all three of the strikers doesn't work. Mellon needs to stop it. It was good to see Chalmers back and contributing and I hope he gets plenty of minutes in the remaining six games.
Top six is now gone for us and we really should be safe now, but i'd still like a win vs Aberdeen next time out to confirm it before we head into the bottom six.
