They could have announced a cure for cancer and Rangers fans would have found a way to laugh at it - that's football for you.

Quite a stretch that.

It’s the most desperate ‘wee guy’ tweet I’ve seen from an official football club’s social media account I’ve ever read.

If that’s what it takes to make celtic supporters feel a bit better about their catastrophic collapse this year, then I for one am delighted.

The season has been one bad result against St Mirren for utter perfection for me.

If you announced David Moyes as manager I would congratulate you.

Strong character and an excellent manager.

Just what Celtic need IMO

I am not sure Moyes has ever done anything to be ridiculed or mocked for.

Yes his stock has been lower than it is now but I dont really understand why he would have been mocked as an appointment at Celtic.

Neil Lennon yes, David Moyes not so much.

Wasn't that long ago the media laughed at him when he said he wins in the premier league.

Real Sociedad and Sunderland I think he rushed to get back in the game.

I thought football management might have been and gone with him but it definitely looks like he's got plenty left in him

No EPL manager would leave a job to come to Scotland.
