I think is now with Derby which makes 6 different loan clubs. Has any player ever been loaned so much? Had a lot of promise when City signed him from Fulham but pretty clearly isn't going to make the grade at City. Does the club make more by loaning him out than selling him?

Pretty sure Chelsea have players they have been sending out on loan for decades.
