Nobody would have picked that team!

Months without a striker now two come along at once. Can only assume the 3 at the back is something of an experiment for the CL. Cannot ever predict a Pep team ever but I am not sure he has picked the same XI for any 2 consecutive games, certainly this season and rarely ever.

24 goals from Ageuro and Jesus in the 13 games they have started together apparently.

Great result for us, 3 points, loving it.

Culer, do us a favour and leave it out.

Yet another farcical penalty awarded for City. Shame on the officials for doing all they can to gift Pep and his mercenaries the title.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Go away, even someone as biased as you can see that is a penalty, and obviously at only 2 -0 up it made a huge difference. I see you were silent about the Foden non penalty this week.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Behave yourself, there’s no way on earth it’s a penalty... Ferran just collapsed like he’d been shot. The Foden one wasn’t a penalty either, I wonder why he was dropped tonight out of interest? No doubt Pep livid that he didn’t collapse like Torres did so took him out of the team as punishment.

If Fulham got one back at 2-0 you just never know, especially with Mitrovic coming on but the officials wanted City to wrap the game up. Pathetic.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What is pathetic is your attempts to WUM, go away, not welcome here. Obviously if City players trained with United they would be taught how to dive. No point in City players diving, we miss half our penalties.

Though it goes against the grain, Jesus played really well. Might have to reassess.

Always in the thick of the game, great movement, great positioning and quick and tenacious when we are not in possession. Just needs to improve his finishing! Bet everyone was like me convinced he’d taken too many touches when he scored.

I was the only one who seemed to think he played great against united but I guess I was considering the context of his past performances.

He just looks sharper. He will invariably always make the wrong decisions and I have learnt to live with it. I thought Torres and Cancelo were awful.

I am glad that Pep has given Sterling time of because we know he has his undroppables but past reputation cant count for anything this season.

Patient build up works in the league but We need to go at teams in the CL and the domestic cups. A foden, Jesus and Sterling front 3 will work fine.

Fear the players are exhausted though.

Without a doubt.

Saying that, Raheem would still be running round the box with it now.

Before passing it backwards. He frustrates me so much now he has gone back to looking for a pass backwards as his first option. He looks so much better going forwards.

I'vejust been looking at the fixtures.

If we get past Gladbach then we've got no midweek games other than CL matches up until May.

There would be a rearranged game if we get past Everton in the cup but hopefully we'll have the league sewn up by then.

Obviously with this being City, I won't take anything for granted.

If results go City's way it could be done before the LC Final

Big if but not impossible
