How many of these defeats can you honestly say we attempted to win the game? or at the very least put up at fight?
The majority of these defeats we have come away from mostly feeling like we've thrown the game from minute one. Baring maybe the Everton home and away games...
Why must we be subjected to such drab and negative football when Jose has had the summer transfer window of all summer transfer windows. We were told that he finally had the squad he wanted, and we were even told by some, while we sat (falsely) at the top of the league, that we had the best squad in the league. So what's changed?
Does Jose need another 'best transfer window ever'? is he not capable of coaching anything into these players? why doesn't he start taking some accountability for what is currently being dished up, and stop digging out the players that he is suppose to be in charge of?

We should be blaming ENIC, I doubt Mourinho has got the squad he wanted, but accepted a few of the signings as they were better than nobody.
Mourinho wanted Skriniar and he got a young championship defender with no PL experience instead, he has also been saddled with Doherty who is clearly not good enough for Spurs when we should have been bringing in a top class RB. ENIC never go out and truly improve the squad to the required levels, which is why we always fall short, it doesn`t matter who the manager is.

in fact you pointing out scoring goals makes it even worse that we dont try to score them more often in 'bigger' games when we are seemingly capable.

I watch Spurs to see them score goals. I don`t care what competition they are in. The Europa goals are just as important as the Prem ones, whoever the opposition.

We haven't finished outside the top 6 since 2009.
I'd say apart from the season of peak poch in 2017 this is the best squad we have had in that time.
Quite remarkable how bad a job the special one is doing

We also haven`t won a trophy since before that, but have a chance this season. Sometimes you have to dwell on the positives, instead of always the negatives.

The season hasn`t finished yet, so why are you so sure Spurs will finish out of the top six this season? If they finish in the top six, you saying Spurs haven`t finished outside the top six since 2009 is going to look a bit silly.

Winnning a penalty shootout against Chelsea could be the most important goals of the season, if Spurs go on to win the trophy.

Sandy you do realise penalty shoot outs dont actually count as goals. So no they wont be the most important goals scored by us this season.

Just pointing out that the 100* goals we’ve scored this season means very little when a fair chunk of them are against very poor teams, and not enough of them are against better teams in the premier league where they would have counted for much more.
You can try and spin it as much as you want.
