Respect girls and women.

I think we might have to change.

I was never much of a ladies man and always felt some blokes treated woman and girls as somewhat lesser, or conquests or targets of availability.

We have to look at ourselves as your daughter,, wife, mum or mate gets the tube or bus home, or goes for a run or night out.

Are we respecting our women folk or being ladish and sexist or just plain creepy and sad?

I'm not saying you do, I like heaps of stuff my pals and others don't.

I just find it amazing that a guy who can barely hit a note and rips other artists off can be as huge as they are.

Parachutes and Rush of Blood were excellent albums, I thought. I find The Killers exceptionally bland.

That's the thing, it's often the A&R guys that decide who the public is going to make successful next.

- who gets the resources - best producers, collaborators, studios, social media likes, tours, TV, media manipulation etc.
