I have a horrible feeling

That City are going to win the CL and the title.
It's up to us to stop them in the cup.
And we can, allez les rouges

People could always kid themselves that City 'bought' the Quadruple if it actually happened.

You kinda did though. And it wasnt even through money earnt correctly and morally 😉

How do you define 'earnt correctly and morally' considering United are now based in the Cayman Islands to avoid paying UK tax?

ThE UK economy has been hammered by the Pandemic yet you avoid paying tax that could help the NHS.

How 'moral' is this?

The Glazers are business men, first, second and third. I don't like it, and wish we had better owners. But it's not illegal or even immoral what they are doing.

The money United have is because of two great Scottish managers, whose success brought financial rewards.

City make their own money now I understand. But what allowed you to make that jump, was being bought by a person (state) with almost unlimited wealth.

They could win the Quad, still nobody would care. Just like PSG winning. Unlimited wealth, still bottle jobs in Europe.

I’d care. Whether other people who aren’t city fans would or not, I don’t care at all!

Look, to me it doesn’t matter, I think most clubs would love a billionaire with just the focus on winning taking over their club.
If City were to do the quad or match the Treble, then it’s hats off to them, as painful as that would be.
You can try to spin it all you want, but still, you’d have to respect it.

City winning things just feels like the computer winning when you put it on difficult mode.

I’m sure it’s different if you live in Manchester but what I find is that the few City fans I know hate United far more than we hate City.

I’m of the mind, that let’s just say, City are 12 years into their revolution, so say they go on to have sustained success over the next 20 years. That fanbase will grow massively, and the reasons/excuses from rival fans such as ourselves will become a footnote...
Chelsea are almost 20 years into Roman’s reign, and he doesn’t look like going anywhere anytime soon, for me, I don’t hold it against a Chelsea fan, like I used to.
Stop the whining and the bitterness, Adapt to it or die. That’s SAFs rule of law.
We know we should be better than we are, and the glazers way is so painful to watch as we can see in real time the mismanagement of our great club.
All they have to do is change philosophy, and we’d be ok with them, regardless of the debt and their fascination with branding.
