Anyone care about the rest of the season?

Only points of interest left are how much we're going to get hammered by City in the cup final, and whether we will finish 4th so we can set up a repeat of the 2011-12 season when we get denied CL all over again.

Unless we sack Jose and introduce a new manager, then not really anything left to get up for.

Yep , I’m actually secretly hoping for a Villa win. How bad is that ?

I will continue to follow the Spurs, I am not one of these fair weather glory supporters that abandons their team from the Northwest once the going gets tough.

However, these days I am not overly bothered when we lose, it has all become a bit meh, 20 years of the misery of ENIC does that to you.

I can't money being the issue for getting rid of Jose. If we sack him, we pay out about £45m isn't it? Of we keep him, we need to invest in his recruitment as what he has isn't working, which will cost more.

Yep, I've always been quietly thinking we should keep him unless there is a plan shortnor long term to replace him.

But realistically, what's to be gained from keeping him even short term when he's clearly not the long term answer.

Fans in the stadium would force Levy's hand, who knows what happens without though.

Never mind this season, I'm done for as long as it takes to get ride of this manager, together with more or less the whole recognised first team. Yeah and I include Kane in that.

This latest embarrassment is about as low as it get's as a Spurs fan, and I for one have had enough of this spinless club.

Will just be an impartial casual watcher of football generally, which will mean I can just enjoy the game without giving a damn what the result. This, of course will not include any game that includes this hopeless club.

You're so winning the League Cup now

The force of Spursyness is never to be underestimated I grant you (as witnessed tonight), but never underestimate Mourinho's ability to depart jobs with pyrrhic victories! And this one will undoubtedly be his masterpiece... that 2nd place finish with United can kick rocks

Up the villa!

Levy got rid of poch during an international break, hopefully he repeats the trick.

Realistically I don't think Jose is going anywhere yet. Spurs are short on money to spend as it is, and Levy will want to avoid an expensive pay out to Jose by sacking him. I imagine he will also see that there is still a chance for 4th and a trophy, which wouldn't be a bad season, however unlikely that looks at the moment.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Even I think Jose should go for his, appalling team selection last night, but in reality nothing will probably happen.

Only the best team available should now be on show until the end of the season. No more squad player rotation. Should have started all the best players last night. Shocking decision not to.

I don't want to see Davies, Dier, Winks or Sissoko ever again starting for Spurs. Would sooner throw in the youngsters.
