I feel obliged to post this, I watched the game today, and wrote onto the match thread.
There are posters who I cannot believe are Manchester United supporters.
We played poorly, it was very disappointing, criticism was certainly justified.
But first of all, the Ole outers, for want of a better expression, are a collection of little girls. Prefacing many comments with you can't say that the Ole outers will not be happy, we are not allowed to criticise....allowed ? Soft lads.
At least two found time to criticise the team and players, with Wayne and Robin leading the way with relentless criticism of Fred (who had a poor game) but didn't find the energy to wtite anything about our equaliser, which was a good goal scored by a player who came through the academy.
Fred deserved the slating
Greenwood deserved praise.
I cannot think any real fan would be like that. I don't agree withScholey Scholsey very often, but he gives praise where it's due.
For a few, very few, minutes after the goal I was chuffed, we were back in it, I should think just about every fan was.
Except the handful who are never chuffed and act like girls if you contradict them. Pathetic.
Fans !!!

Kolarov played a lot that year. Zaba played less than Sagna and Clichy did.
As much as we did try to fix it through money ultimately, as the majority of the back line had to be replaced at the same time (which was down to poor planning previously), the left back position was actually fixed by moving Delph into it and completely changing the system the season after. That’s also what allowed him to completely change De Bruyne and Silvas positions too.

It's not criticism to point out that united weren't the 'problem' today.
The 'problem' was Leicester City.
Set up like a football team, played football like a football team.
United, as a club, got a lot wrong (most of it before the game) but the game was more about the opponents getting a lot right.

Thought the same too, Leicester were excellent.

I would be going for Brendan if I were United owners but looks like he will go to Spurs

Leicester knew the FA Cup is their only realistic chance of silverware this season and approached the game accordingly.
Is Ole confident you'll win the EL and held some regular starters back despite there being no club football for a fortnight?

Think United are the best team in the EL, you never know in a cup competition but I’d imagine he’d think they have a very big possibility at least of winning it.

Look at United's transfers - You have to go down to number 7 to find a player who's been a success.

Absolutely and you will never hear me say otherwise. Our recruitment has been a joke. Our CEO is a joke. Our owners are 5c-u-m and I'd happy dance on Malc's grave. I went on the marches. I opposed them from the start.
And you have spent more wisely than us even though there has been a lot of bad signings too you choose to forget. Nolito, Santa Cruz, Robinho, Jo, Mangala, Bravo, the striker from Swansea I can't think of his name. I could go on and on and on. You've had loads of flops too. But you can afford to have flops more than any other club purely due to your owner.

Jeez, I'm surprised you haven't included Steve Daley in that list.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Him too. And that Lee Bradbury.

We absouljtely should be winning it, we’ve probably spent more on players than the other teams combined.
