Ghost of Tsushima was a huge hit for Sony and the PS4, gaining sales of over 6.5 million. Now following that success Sony have seen fit to make a movie based on the game, with John Wick’s Chad Stahelski Directing.

Could be quite a bloodfest.
I will also mention, although this is old news. Sony are also releasing an Uncharted Movie. Nathan Drake played by none other than Tom Holland of Spiderman fame.

Along with TLOU series coming, Sony will be making quite an impact on our screens. although not many games seem to be able to make the leap, time will tell I suppose.

Assassins Creed was one of the worst movies I've ever seen though, and it really shouldn't have been from all the material they have to work with.

I agree. Highly anticipated by me but was underwhelming and forgettable. World of warcraft was better but still room for improvement.

A lot of the criticism of him as Nathan is that he doesn’t look like the Nathan people know at the end of Uncharted 4, even though he’s playing Nathan when he was young

I haven't played Uncharted 4 and yeah, Holland looks nothing like Nathan.but he's got the standing and skill to nail the role IMO.
I watched Cherry yesterday and I thought Holland was great in that.

I don't get much time to play games where I am with my career at the moment but I'm in no rush.

If they made it a silent movie it could work.
A movie on the mongol invasion of Japan isint a bad idea... trying to limit the story off the bat by wedging a 40+ video game story into it is though.
I'm honestly struggling to think of ANY video game adaption which has been a good movie.
