Once again JA606, you can shove this hastily assembled and poorly imitated match thread up you arris as another full match thread disappears into the ether

Fresh from a refreshing win at home to Luton, the Mighty Rams travel to the car park known as Reading to pit their their wits against a team that we are expected to capitulate to. Funny that, seeing as Reading have only picked up 3 points from their last 4 games and haven't won any.
Just take OUR game to them.
Injuries play a central part again with both Waggy and Gregory out for ever. Sad that Waghorn playing his last game for Derby had a good until he went off.
So, what's the low-down on this chap Stretton? Surely he cannot play on his own up front? He'll need Colin with him which will unbalance the formation elsewhere.
Gonna post this before it disappears.

Morning after view :
Well not much to say is there really - that I've not said before.
I thought the scoreline flattered Reading but if we give away daft goals as we continue to do then we're going to get beaten on a regular basis. The table at this point in the season doesn't lie does it. We are where we are because we're carp.
Injuries are now many at a critical time of the season which doesnt help - but imo too many players on any given day just seem to go missing/dont play to their ability.
Anyway I'm travelling on Saturday so will [fortunately] miss the Norwich game....up the Rams....

Once again we are staring down the barrel. Losing Clarke is a big blow. Without him it’s hard to see us grinding out clean sheets and we now have only one fit striker in CKR, if indeed he actually is fully fit. Rotherham have games coming thick and fast and we have to hope it will prove too much for them to close the gap. I watched Sheffield Wednesday last night and they seem to have much more to offer going forward than we do. The same can be said for Brum and Coventry. We need games to run out ASAP.

Fully expect us to drop 2 places after the next round of fixtures, leaving it between us and Rotherham, and if they can find any kind of form and put together a string of results, if they win their games in hand they go above us.
Rotherham however have made almost everybody I've seen them play look like world beaters, usually when they have won it's been very fluky. Dire team, hit worse by Covid than almost any other in the league too, so half their players aren't even fit. They should be dead and buried.
I wonder what I could get for a bet on Zoon scoring a goal to let them leapfrog us on the last day and send us down?
Wednesday could push on after that big win too, although it's an even bigger ask for them without the games in hand, although they do play us on the last day I believe.

We actually went up a place without playing thanks to a small swing in Udders GD 😊 And Brum only drew their game in hand.
Unfortunately Norwich scored a few ... hopefully used up their allocation before the weekend.

And they did that to a team with Keogh in the defence.
I'm getting my excuses in early

Surely the 0-1 defeat of Norwich was more recent than 37 home games ago, it was only 3rd Oct 2020.
Or are you getting confused with the game previous at CR, on 29th Dec. 2018?

Not 37 games AGO - IN 37 games the only defeat at home - mea culpa
