Was reading that Rangers are appealing the ban handed down to the players who had broke the covid rules. I had wrote on this subject a while back and had said that the players age should be taken into account when dealing in this matter. However it was the club's second breach so if I read correctly they have a 4 match ban with a further 2 suspended. If I read it wrong it's a 6 match ban.
It's a hard stance by the SFA and maybe harsh but I don't buy into Gerrard saying it could badly affect young Patterson's career. Worse case scenario bid he is out for a month then back to it. It's not like he would have been playing that much if not for injuries to other players. So I don't think his career will be overly affected.

I was out 7am this morning delivering late Easter bunny eggs, and round the corner from us at Carrick golf club, the road was blocked with burnt out bins and bricks everywhere ffs.

40 years ago buddy, we got off Linfield train and passed by Lurgan CSC and you can imagine the banter, during the hunger strike too....all came back to me Good Friday there lol

No mate, it was some walk from station through Lurgan into Mourneview for Glenavon game...and we drove through Mourneview en route to Craigavon LC vaccine as am lost down there.
Portadown was fun on Linfield train too, passed Obins St from the station.
We got stoned going by Lurgan-Kilwilkie and spat on near Obins street, but all good fun and teenage fitba adventures lol

I never mentioned a thing about the whole availability debate. I believe it’s most likely to have happened-as international manager, Clarke wouldn’t be doing his job if he hasn’t had a conversation with Gerrard about him.
It’s still completely irrelevant to me though-the decision to appeal has nowt to do with his career (why would having a ban for a few games impact your career-there’s players with far worse disciplinary records), and he’s not keeping Tavernier out of the important games left before the end of the season (in my opinion!) as Tavernier is your captain and has been one of the most important players for you this season.
Clarke should have no input to a decision about disciplinary measures though, ffs.

I think even if both Tav and Patterson were available for the rest of the season it’s still hard to predict who would be selected for certain games.
Patterson has been excellent and he could easily be used as our first choice RB till the end of the season, giving Tav plenty of time to recover.
Tav has done his job and it would be perfectly fair to give him a rest and let Patterson develop further.
Goldson is also a very capable captain in Tav’s absence too.

Wife and I got Pfizer jab in Craigsvon and no side effects, yet.
We would be down in Cork Clonakilty area or Donegal, Dunfanaghy over Easter too, but no-go.
We were up around Sperrins Glenshsne laying flowers for wife's brother and it class up there, from Draperstown where he crashed.

Last week Thursday was quiet, and took it off to make it long Easter break and was up Torr Head out of Cushendun... check that out with your Mrs next time as it is a crazy road and scenery is sublime.
Once broke down on a motorbike in Cushendall one January and spent a great day in local pubs, with a priest in the hotel and heroin addict from.Ballymena as drinking partners, while local kids tried to get their dad to take me home to Carrick.
Love the Glens of Antrim.and north Antrim country folk...friendly and sound.

My only concern with the Celtic manager is that Kennedy gets 10 games as manager and I get my pay out from Skybet.
Other than that I dont really care. Who ever it is will get enough backing to win the league so any of the proposed candidates should be able to deliver the title.

8 Aberdeen players went to the pub and got a suspended 3 game ban.
5 Rangers players went to a house together and got 4 match ban plus 2 suspended.

The bans have got steadily more serious as time has gone on-which I think is what was alluded would happen to more breaches. Missing out the bans and fines that have happened is not deliberate, I’m sure.
