Still no sarcevic although I wouldn't rule him out playing today as evatt likes to spring surprises on the opposition. Possible changes in the forward positions with afolayan looking tired and short of confidence after not scoring and gnahoua having a poor game against Colchester. Miller, elbouzedi, maddison, isgrove and thomason possible changes.

The dust has settled after our first defeat in a while. So, where do we go from here? I think a good win against Harrogate on Saturday will settle the nerves and get the squad back on track. At the beginning of the season, we didn't become a good team after a very poor start and I don't expect us to become a bad team after a very good start to the second half of the season.
We will win on Saturday and start our new run to automatic ........... I'll not print the P word as Pasty has an aversion to using it. However, it will be a win with a further three points.

Sarcevic is back in training and IE says he may have a decision to make soon. Sarc has not had a reaction to training on the grass and feels good. Maybe it's a little too early but I expect he will be involved sooner rather than later.

Doug Holden passes away at 90. A winger for the club he played over 400 games and represented England 5 times.
R.I.P. Dougie, you was a good servant to the club.

Really sad news about Holden. I've only seen clips from the 53 final and the 58 final they showed in the fan zone. A Wanderers legend. RIP. Sorry golden Tommy banks is the only survivor of that side. Brian Birch passed away in 2019. RIP.

Sneaky league 2 game just finished . Mansfield 1 Newport 1. Equaliser late on by Mansfield. Bolton 3 points ahead of Newport level games.

Here we go starting today a run of Sat - Tues games to see out April before the final two games in May.
